BUYING GROCERIES AND SEAFOOD
The following Island grocery stores offer an excellent selection of groceries, beef, fish, beer, wine, incidentals and much more. Note that, unlike some states, South Carolina permits beer and wine to be sold in grocery stores. It usually is available at what you may consider to be a relatively "friendly" price.
You also may pick up a copy of Hilton Head Island Restaurants magazine or Hilton Head Island Vacation Guide before or after you shop. They may be found in a rack near the exit of most grocery stores.
